Monthly Report April 2025

Amir visits APS: – In April, the Chairman Amir Public School made a heartfelt visit to the school. Amir’s regular annual visits are the opportunity to connect directly with the students and teachers who are at the heart of our mission. Witnessing the challenges faced by these communities and the resilience of the children was a powerful reminder of why our work matters.

Here is a short clip on the welcome video by school students on his 1st day.

Results day: – The excitement in the air was contagious as students opened their result sheets—some with nervous smiles, others with eager anticipation. For many of these children, especially in remote areas, education is more than just marks—it’s a pathway to a better future. Their achievements are a testament to their dedication, the tireless efforts of our teachers, and the support from our donors and community.

Annual program: – Our school recently held its much-anticipated Annual Program on April 11th, a vibrant celebration of student talent, creativity, and achievement. The event was filled with energy and pride as students took the stage with confidence, presenting a series of impressive performances from cultural dances and thought-provoking skits to heartwarming speeches and songs.

Each act reflected the dedication of our students and the guidance of their teachers. The audience was deeply moved and often left in awe of the potential shining from every corner of the stage.

We were honored to welcome distinguished guests, community leaders, and supporters of our cause, whose presence added grace and encouragement to the occasion. Our honorable guests were Rab Nawaz-Asst commissioner, Umar Cheema- journalist, Amir Bhatti- NGO-Khudi founder, Nisar sb- senior educationist, Adnan Naseer/Fatima Ajmi and Naveed Ghuman – UK sponsors, Sheen Ch- USA sponsor and Rizwan ch – local businessman.

Their words of inspiration uplifted both students and staff, reaffirming the importance of education in shaping strong, compassionate individuals.

Shoes distribution: – Thanks to the NGO-Khudi for sponsoring around 500 pairs of shoes to the school students. The kids were super excited to get their new collection.

PTM: – Our Parent-Teacher Meetings serve as a valuable opportunity to strengthen the bond between school and home. Parents gathered with teachers to discuss their children’s progress, challenges, and achievements, fostering a shared sense of responsibility and support in every child’s educational journey.

Laptops distribution: – In a significant step toward digital inclusion, our sponsored students were provided with free Laptops. This initiative aims to bridge the digital divide and empower children with the tools they need to explore, learn, and thrive in an increasingly digital world.

With bright smiles and eager hands, students received their laptops—opening doors to countless learning opportunities beyond the classroom. This was their first personal access to technology, and the excitement was truly inspiring.

Staff Dinner: – In a gesture of gratitude and camaraderie, the chairman of the School hosted a special dinner for the teaching and support staff, a well-deserved evening to relax, reflect, and celebrate the hard work and dedication of the entire team.

Thank you

Amir (Chair APS)
