Monthly Report April 2025

Amir visits APS: – In April, the Chairman Amir Public School made a heartfelt visit to the school. Amir’s regular annual visits are the opportunity to connect directly with the students and teachers who are at the heart of our mission. Witnessing the challenges faced by these communities and the resilience of the children was a powerful reminder of why our work matters.

Results day: – The excitement in the air was contagious as students opened their result sheets—some with nervous smiles, others with eager anticipation. For many of these children, especially in remote areas, education is more than just marks—it’s a pathway to a better future. Their achievements are a testament to their dedication, the tireless efforts of our teachers, and the support from our donors and community.



Annual program: – Our school recently held its much-anticipated Annual Program on April 11th, a vibrant celebration of student talent, creativity, and achievement. The event was filled with energy and pride as students took the stage with confidence, presenting a series of impressive performances from cultural dances and thought-provoking skits to heartwarming speeches and songs.
Each act reflected the dedication of our students and the guidance of their teachers. The audience was deeply moved and often left in awe of the potential shining from every corner of the stage.
We were honored to welcome distinguished guests, community leaders, and supporters of our cause, whose presence added grace and encouragement to the occasion. Our honorable guests were Rab Nawaz-Asst commissioner, Umar Cheema- journalist, Amir Bhatti- NGO-Khudi founder, Nisar sb- senior educationist, Adnan Naseer/Fatima Ajmi and Naveed Ghuman – UK sponsors, Sheen Ch- USA sponsor and Rizwan ch – local businessman.
Their words of inspiration uplifted both students and staff, reaffirming the importance of education in shaping strong, compassionate individuals.












Shoes distribution: – Thanks to the NGO-Khudi for sponsoring around 500 pairs of shoes to the school students. The kids were super excited to get their new collection.


PTM: – Our Parent-Teacher Meetings serve as a valuable opportunity to strengthen the bond between school and home. Parents gathered with teachers to discuss their children’s progress, challenges, and achievements, fostering a shared sense of responsibility and support in every child’s educational journey.


Laptops distribution: – In a significant step toward digital inclusion, our sponsored students were provided with free Laptops. This initiative aims to bridge the digital divide and empower children with the tools they need to explore, learn, and thrive in an increasingly digital world.
With bright smiles and eager hands, students received their laptops—opening doors to countless learning opportunities beyond the classroom. This was their first personal access to technology, and the excitement was truly inspiring.

Staff Dinner: – In a gesture of gratitude and camaraderie, the chairman of the School hosted a special dinner for the teaching and support staff, a well-deserved evening to relax, reflect, and celebrate the hard work and dedication of the entire team.

Monthly Report Dec 2024 (Summary of 2024)


Smart Class room and MOU sign up :- We signed MOU with an organization “Ker Muqabla” who are facilitating us with digital contents for our Text books. I believe this will bring a huge transformation to the traditional way of teachings. So far our staff and students loving it. Here is a sample from APS Class room.
Library establishment: – APS worked with an organization “Alif Laila” to establish the library to encourage a love for reading by offering a diverse collection of books, magazines, and resources tailored to various interests and reading levels. This fosters creativity, curiosity, and critical thinking.

New Furniture:- With growing number of students, There was a need of more chairs/desks which was completed in June 2024. Bright and cheerful furniture makes classrooms feel inviting and vibrant, encouraging students to feel excited about coming to school and participating in learning.

Parents room:- Renovating the parents’ was under consideration to enhance the overall experience for parents and guardians, making them feel more welcome and comfortable when visiting the school. This space is often the first point of contact for parents, and it reflects the school’s commitment to creating a warm and inviting environment for families. Tiles flooring and wall paneling was completed during summer vacation. Here is the picture from shiny Parents rooms

School Uniforms/Books delivery: – Free Uniforms and books is an annual deliverable for the school, which was successfully completed in March 2024.

Water Cooler installation: – Staying hydrated is vital for maintaining energy, concentration, and overall health. Water coolers ensure that students and staff have easy access to fresh drinking water throughout the day, reducing the risk of dehydration. Thanks to our generous donner Ali Naqvi for sponsoring us the water Cooler for the school.

CCTV Cameras: – We got 16 CCTV cameras installed in the school, these cameras play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of students, staff, and school property. In today’s world, where the well-being of children is a top priority, installing CCTV cameras in schools has become a standard safety measure.

Solar Electrical system: – Amir Public School has become the 1st Green School in the area(fully solar powered). This rural area has frequent power outages and solar panels can ensure uninterrupted electricity, enabling schools to function smoothly without disruptions. 30KV system was installed in October along with green meter.

Street project:- (Rah-e-Ilam) The Path of Knowledge is the street leading to the school, which we decided to turn into a “Model Street” after forming a model village. This has become the first “Model Street” of the model village. With the collaboration and support of friends, and organization like “Alif Laila”. Here is the short clip from the making of the street.
Laptops Distribution: – APS awarded Laptops to it’s sponsored students for higher studies. There were total 8 laptops given in the year. There are 14 more on way to go this year.

Sponsorship program: – APS provides scholarships to the pass out students annually to different collages/universities. We have 11 more students this year with full scholarships bringing total number of sponsored students to 40.
Amar Aslam is one of the sponsored students of APS who secured 1032 marks in Matriculation exams. We managed to get Amar enrolled in FC Collage Lahore, where he is pursuing his FSC. This prestigious institution is known for its academic excellence and opportunities that transform young lives. For a child from an underserved background, this opportunity is nothing short of a dream come true. Amar is staying in the Hostel.

Amir visits School:- I visit the school every year and these annual visits are so important to actively engage the commitment to the organization’s mission and objectives. The physical presence communicates accessibility, approachability, and accountability, fostering a culture of transparency and trust among staff members, Students, and local community. I visited the school in Feb-Mar for year 2024.

Parents meeting:- Parents involvement, support, and collaboration is key for student success and holistic development for the organization. To strengthen this partnership, Myself and Parents we both look forward our face to face meetings and regularly come together to exchange information, share insights, and collaborate on strategies to support students’ academic, social, and emotional growth. APS Friends visits to the school:- APS was visited by various international supporters of the school. This year Adnan Naseer (From UK), Mohamad Riaz(From UK) and Nauman(From USA) brought diverse experiences, ideas, and viewpoints. The visitors along with students and staff had a memorable time on premises during their visits.

Annual program:- The annual school program in APS is a much-anticipated event that brings together students, teachers, parents, and the broader community to celebrate the talents and achievements of the students. It serves as a platform for showcasing the diverse abilities of students, ranging from academic excellence to artistic prowess, and fosters a sense of unity and school spirit.

School Summer Camp:- As School summer vacation starts, APS holds annual summer camp which is an extension of the educational experience, offering students a chance to learn and grow outside the traditional classroom setting. These camps provide a blend of academic enrichment, recreational activities, and personal development.

Chair APS gets an Award for School:- It means a lot to be appreciated for something you are passionate about. I am Delighted to share pics of prestigious award from Intel in chandler arts center(USA- Arizona).
It was for the volunteer service through APS and impacting hundreds of underprivileged children in Pakistan through this school in my village. Here are some pictures from this prestigious event where City Govt officials joined the ceremony.

Qawwali Fund raiser: – We are overjoyed to share the success of our charity event Qawwali Night to support our mission of empowering children in Pakistan through education. The evening was a shining testament to the power of community and the shared belief in the transformative power of learning.
The event, attended by over 250 supporters, brought together individuals about making a difference. Through their generosity, we were able to raise $20K, surpassing our fundraising goals and ensuring the continued growth of our programs.

Funds:- APS managed to raise $49000 funds during the year 2024.

Monthly Report Nov 2024

School PTM: – Parents-teachers meetings (PTMs) are crucial for fostering effective communication between educators and parents, ensuring a child’s academic, social, and emotional development is well-supported. Hundreds of Parents attended last PTM of the year in APS. This meeting was chaired by School Head Nabila Nasir and Teachers had 1:1 session with individual parents to discuss progress reports of their children, Behavioral insights and Parents feedback. Also, there was strong focus on collaborative planning to Create actionable plans to support the child’s holistic development.


Sponsorship program: –

Riaz Mohammed visit to APS: –
APS welcomed a UK based friend who experienced the firsthand impact of education in transforming young lives. From the moment visitors stepped into the school, their presence sparked curiosity and excitement among students and staff alike.
Mr Riaz Mohammed was introduced to the mission of the school, highlighting its dedication to providing quality education to underprivileged children in the region.

Our Visitor were delighted to see the impact we are causing on local region and promised the long-lasting partnership.
Solar Pannels installation in APS: –
Imagine a rural school once struggling with frequent power cuts. After installing solar panels, the school now runs computers, fans, and lights seamlessly.
In an era where environmental sustainability is paramount, the concept of a green school powered by solar panels stands out as a beacon of hope and innovation. Thanks to our generous donner for sponsoring the SOLAR system for APS. The installation was completed in November, this is the 1st green school in the region.

APS Annual Fundraiser 2024:-
We are overjoyed to share the success of our charity event Qawali Night to support our mission of empowering children in Pakistan through education. The evening was a shining testament to the power of community and the shared belief in the transformative power of learning.
The event, attended by over 250 supporters, brought together individuals about making a difference. Through their generosity, we were able to raise $20K, surpassing our fundraising goals and ensuring the continued growth of our programs.
Highlights of the Event:
Guests were moved by speech from our host and supporter of the night Doc Mashood Qadri. The student’s stories served as a poignant reminder of why our work is so essential.
A well known Qawali Singer “Aziz Mian Qawal” along with his band graced the stage, Their lightning performance captivated the audience and added a joyful touch to the evening.
The funds raised will go a long way in expanding our projects & make the school as the Green School(Solar Pannels Installation)

Monthly Report July 2024
There is a summer break in the school, School being re-opened on August 2nd week. In the meanwhile please see following developments done.
Smart Class rooms:- Summer break was started with ending of fun filled summer club activities which included E-learning. This Smart classroom provide access to online educational platforms, allowing students to learn from high-quality content that is not available locally. Here is a short clip from our smart class rooms while teachers are getting trained on this.
Renovation of School Office and Parents room:- Renovating the parents’ was under consideration to enhance the overall experience for parents and guardians, making them feel more welcome and comfortable when visiting the school. This space is often the first point of contact for parents, and it reflects the school’s commitment to creating a warm and inviting environment for families. Tiles flooring and wall paneling was completed during summer vacation. Here is the picture from shiny Parents rooms. Also tilling was completed for the school office. Renovating the parents’ was under consideration to enhance the overall experience for parents and guardians, making them feel more welcome and comfortable when visiting the school. This space is often the first point of contact for parents, and it reflects the school’s commitment to creating a warm and inviting environment for families.

CCTV Cameras:- 16 CCTVs cameras are installed in the premises, This was done to secure the school since we have Computer lab, laptops and high valued assets in the school by now. This was on to-do list since long and now the installation of these cameras helped us to create a safer environment, promote good behavior, and provide peace of mind to students, staff, and parents alike.
Water Cooler: – A new water Cooler was installed during summer break too. This is essential to ensure the well-being, health, and comfort of students, staff, and visitors. Here is our new water cooler.

APS School Summer camp:-
As School summer vacation starts, APS holds annual summer camp which is an extension of the educational experience, offering students a chance to learn and grow outside the traditional classroom setting. Teacher’s Training:-
Computer training for teachers is an essential component of modern education, equipping educators with the skills and knowledge needed to effectively integrate technology into their teaching practices. As digital tools and resources become increasingly prevalent in classrooms, it is crucial for teachers to be proficient in using computers and related technologies to enhance learning experiences and improve educational outcomes. There was a short computer training course conducted for the teachers while school is off for summer vacation.

School will be closed in July and starting in August, during this time the school office and parents/visiting room will be renovated. Stay tuned to see the new look of the new renovated rooms.

Adnan’s Visit to APS
Our school was honored by a visit from a remarkably generous donor whose contributions have had a profound impact on our community. The atmosphere buzzed with excitement as students and staff gathered to welcome Adnan Naseer who has shown unwavering support for our educational initiatives.
During the visit, the Adnan toured the classrooms, engaging with students and teachers, and witnessed firsthand the positive changes his generosity has brought about. From the new science lab equipped with state-of-the-art technology to the vibrant library filled with an array of books, each corner of our school stands as a testament to their commitment to education.

More Books in Library
Expanding a library’s collection is an ongoing process that requires dedication and an understanding of the community’s evolving needs and interests. Thanks to Alif Laila for donating another set of 400 books.

Sports Gala
The annual School Sports Gala was a day filled with excitement, camaraderie, and fierce competition. From the moment the opening ceremony began, the entire school community came together to celebrate athleticism and school spirit.
The School Sports Gala was a resounding success, leaving everyone eagerly anticipating next year’s event. It was a day that highlighted the importance of physical activity, community, and the joy of friendly competition. Here is a short clip from the day.
New furniture/painted.
The classrooms of our school have been transformed with the arrival of newly refurbished furniture, giving the entire campus a fresh and modern look. The once worn-out desks and chairs have been replaced with sleek, sturdy, and stylish pieces that not only enhance the aesthetic appeal but also significantly improve the learning environment for students and teachers alike.

February 2024 was one eventful month of the year. I visit the school every year and these annual visits are so important to actively engage the commitment to the organization’s mission and objectives. The physical presence communicates accessibility, approachability, and accountability, fostering a culture of transparency and trust among staff members, Students, and local community.
Here are some highlights and my Visit story from the school.


A warm Welcome: – As I stepped onto the grounds of the local school, I was greeted by a wave of excitement and anticipation that seemed to permeate every corner of the campus. As a guest invited to share insights and experiences with the students, I was humbled by the warm reception awaiting me. Here is the short clip of my 1st day in the school.
Paint job: – Getting whole school paint was on top priority for us since new construction needed a paint job so was the older building which was faded due to paint done years back. Here is the old VS new look.


Parents meeting:- Parents involvement, support, and collaboration is key for student success and holistic development for the organization. To strengthen this partnership, Myself and Parents we both look forward our face to face meetings and regularly come together to exchange information, share insights, and collaborate on strategies to support students’ academic, social, and emotional growth. We signed MOU with an organization “Ker Muqabla” who are facilitating us with digital contents for our Text books. I believe this will bring a huge transformation to the traditional way of teachings. So far our staff and students loving it.
